Volcano Maderas is a great place to be for the health-conscious traveler, both their own and that of the planet!

We have our very own Farm-to-Table Restaurant here at Selvista, nestled in the middle of the edible food forests in Finca Bona Fide.

Let us know if you’d like us to reserve you a volcano view table; we recommend the sunset dining experience: explore our grounds and orchards then sit down and enjoy the fruits of the farm. Cocktails on the volcano viewing deck as the sun sets behind Volcano Conception, then dinner under the stars.

We are lucky to be surrounded by some great restaurants here on Ometepe, who mostly use fresh, seasonal and local products- often growing or butchering their own. From pork to salads, chocolate and cocktails.

Between Balgüe and Santa Domingo are many small spots to stop off for food. There’s a gorgeous spot in Balsamo (before Ojo de Agua) with two small cafes and spectacular views of both volcanoes.
